- Customers can exchange items purchased online in physical store(s) only.
- Customers may ask for exchange through our delivery services but delivery charges will be applied.
- The items cannot be returned or refunded (exceptions may apply).
- Items exchange is applicable only if the original receipt is present and the items are not used with the original label attached.
- Exchange period is up to 15 days from purchase date for non-sale products, and 7 days for sale products.
Which Items Can Be Exchanged?
In general, our products can be exchanged only if they have not been used, the original label is still attached and the original receipt is present. (Exceptions may apply)
