We have come to many agreements with the best delivery companies in Lebanon to ensure the fastest and best experience while delivering our products to our beloved clients all at competitive charges.
All orders payment are collected as per "Cash on Delivery" method. Thus, we have ensured a convenient, easy and safe buying process to our customers.
Our delivery shipping charges are divided as explained below:
- For All Lebanese areas:
Shipping charges are 38,000.00 LBP and the duration of delivery will vary between 1 to 5 days from the date of order confirmation (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). - External causes might delay the delivery time (including weather or road closures).
Notes:
- Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with an order tracking number. You can also find your tracking number under “My Orders” in your account. Once you have the tracking number you can check the status of your delivery through our shipping partner’s website or by contacting us via WhatsApp on +96176588557.
- Please ensure to provide us with your mobile phone number under "My Account" section because the delivery team will call you when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival.
- All deliveries are insured from our warehouse till your destination.
- We may not be able to deliver our products to Refugee’s camps and other sensitive areas.
- If for any reason you wish to exchange a product, kindly refer to our “Exchange Policy” section.
